Personal Care Worker (PCW)

Assignments may occur within: UniqueIHPC In Home Personal Care (PCW) and/or UniqueIHPC Haven Residents (PCW).

Position Requirements

Successful applicants should be able to:

Communicate professionally and respectfully
Follow written and verbal instructions
Complete electronic documentation using mobile devices
Report observations, concerns, incidents, and changes in condition appropriately
Maintain dependable attendance and reliability
Travel to assigned client locations
Successfully complete required background screening requirements
Participate in required training and ongoing education

Technology & Communication Expectations

Team members should be comfortable using:

Smartphones and mobile applications
Electronic documentation systems
Email communications
Text messaging
Agency scheduling and communication tools

Reliable internet access and mobile service are required to receive schedules, complete documentation, and maintain communication with the organization.
